You Have To Relax...

"ADRIANA!!" Christian screamed, jumping in between the two horses. The demon lost his soft look and he roared angrily at Christian was going to leap at her, but he suddenly through his head up in pain. XS threw a live power line from his shoulder onto the stallion and started to electrocute him. Adriana shook her head and looked at her mother. "RUN CHILD!" the older mare screamed

Adriana looked at Slipstreak. "But Grandsire!" Christian looked at her father and shoved Adriana. "GO!!" Adriana finally took off and met Enrique not far off and they took off to meet the rest of the herd. Christian ran to her sire and touched him with her nose. He was alive...

XS shut his eyes as he continued to pour energy into the live wire, trying to drop the stallion. He was too big!! The demon turned to him and started to go at him but he soon collapsed, blacking out. XS let the wire go and he wobbled in exhaustion. Christian went to his side as well and held him up. "I'm fine, my dear..." he said tiredly.

The herd soon came back and surrounded the demon. Who was he?

The demon lifted his head after not knowing how long he was blacked out. He shook it and tried to get his dizziness out of his head and he looked around. He was laying where he had dropped. Looking around more, he saw Adriana grazing not too far away from him. She had a rope around her neck and he followed the trail of it to see that it was attached to him. He lifted his head quickly and tried to bite it but underneath the fabric of rope there were many wires that XS had Christian enchant to be unbreakable. He growled angrily and shook his head.

Adriana turned her head and saw the demon waking. She lifted her head and looked down at him. "Wakey wakey, sleepy head," she said, smiling softly. The demon growled angrily at her and stood up quickly. Getting a better look at him, Adriana was much smaller than he was, and each of his legs were three times as thick as hers. She dropped her ears but didn't back away from him.

The demon tugged at the rope and only made Adriana stumble forward. "Hey!" she said angrily. "Stop it!"

"Then let me GO!" he roared at her. Adriana looked around to see many stallions ready to jump to her aid, especially her twin brother, in case the demon decided to attack. But she held her ground and looked the demon right in the eye. They stared at each other for a long time... not saying a word. The demon looked at her shining red cross and he let out a dangerous growl. All the stallions took a cautious step forward... but it wasn't needed. The demon gave one more small tug on the rope before starting to graze. Adriana smiled and looked back at the stallions.

Adriana watched him and lowered her head. "What's your name? I never got to ask you. I'm Adriana." 

The demon stopped. "Gladiator..." and went back to eating. "Why am I tied up like a caged animal?" he snarled.

"So you won't go running on a rampage next time. You almost killed my grandsire with those horns you know." Gladiator gave a small smirk and lifted his head to look down at her. He admits, she was beautiful, but the red cross made him a bit angry.

"And why are you the guinea pig that has to be attached to me anyways?"
